Hailing from Lisbon, MAQUINA. have made quite an impact on the Portuguese music scene ever since they released their debut album, Dirty Tracks for Clubbing, in early 2023 and its follow-up, Prata, a few months later. Drawing inspiration from repetition/minimalism-centered styles such as krautrock and industrial techno, MAQUINA. fearlessly explores the boundaries of these genres by incorporating elements of rock and electronic music into their distinctive sound.

On stage the trio fully commit to authenticity and musicality. Unlike many electronic acts that heavily rely on machines and programmed beats, MAQUINA. Exclude the use of machines and clicks during their concerts.
